Currently holds the position of postdoctoral researcher at the DNA Repair Laboratory, at the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of the University of São Paulo (ICB-USP), under supervision of Prof. Dr. Carlos F. Menck. It works in the field of photobiology, photoinduced processes in skin cells, endogenous photosensitizers, photoprotection, with an emphasis on visible light effects and nuclear DNA repair and damage.
