Researcher of ​​Genetics of Microorganisms, specifically biomass degrading fungi. Through molecular tools I try to find information in the genome of biodegradable fungi that helps in the current process of enzymatic hydrolysis, used for the production of bioethanol and other compounds resulting from the degradation of carbohydrates. Diploma in Biochemical Engineering by the University of São Paulo (2007) and Master in Industrial Biotechnology (USP - 2009). PhD in Genetics and Molecular Biology (UNICAMP, 2014) and Post-Doctorate (UNICAMP 214-2017 and Technical University of Munich, Holzforschung München 2018). Currently, researcher at Technical University of Munich, Germany, assisting in the development of different bioprocesses. Through the study of global gene expression and genomic regions associated with the control and expression of enzymes my reseach contributes to biotechnological processes, such as Biocontrol and Biodegradation. Coordenating and optimizing the using of bioinformatics tools to access the information contained in genomic data is also part of my reasech topic. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
