Biologist with active experience in cancer proteomics research using mass spectrometry techniques for the identification of prognostic markers in oral cancer patient samples. Experience in sample preparation for proteomics and in data analysis, from discovery to targeted-proteomics, using different search engines and spectra visualization, and in statistical analysis using different software, R programming, for differential analysis, clinical data association analysis and patient survival, and use of public databases. Post-doctoral fellow at the Mass Spectrometry Laboratory in the LNBio, with a 1-year visiting fellow at Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia), working with proteins, glycoproteins and glycans using patient samples for the identification of prognostic markers.
