Graduated in Food Engineering from State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (1999) and doctor degree in Food Engineering from State University of Campinas - UNICAMP (2004). She is a professor at the Faculty of Animal Science and Food Engineering at the University of São Paulo, Campus Fernando Costa, in Pirassununga-SP, since 2005. She was a Productivity Scholar in Technological Development and Innovative Extension (DT-2) from CNPq between 2017 and 2020. She has experience in Food Engineering, with emphasis on Phase equilibrium and Physical Properties of liquid systems aimed at the area of oils and fats and biofuels. She is currently Vice-Coordinator of the Food Engineering course at FZEA-USP. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
