Universidade São Francisco (USF). Campus Bragança Paulista  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

She graduated in Technological Chemistry (2009) from the Chemistry Institute of the State University of Campinas (IQ-UNICAMP) and holds a degree in Chemistry (2009) from the same institution. She holds a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry (2012) and a PhD in Analytical Chemistry (2018), all from UNICAMP, with projects focused on metabolomics and mass spectrometry. She completed a postdoctoral internship (2022) at Baylor College of Medicine (Houston, TX, USA) in the group of Dr. Livia Eberlin (Surgery Department), focused on the use of ambient mass spectrometry for intraoperative cancer diagnosis. In 2018, she became a tenured professor at the University of São Francisco (USF), in the Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Program (PPG) in Health Sciences (Capes grade 5). Since 2016, she has worked in international partnerships with Dr. Livia Eberlin (Baylor College of Medicine, USA) and Dr. Alessandra Tata (Laboratorio di Chimica Sperimentale, Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie (IZSVe), Vicenza, Italy). She has current national partnerships with the following centers: Hospital da Mulher CAISM UNICAMP (Dr. Sophie F. M. Derchain and Dr. Luiz O. Sarian), Hospital Boldrini Campinas (Dr. Mariana Maschietto), UNIFESP Structural Biology (Dr. Cristiane Damas Gil), Instituto Keizo Asami iLika UFPE (Dr. Priscila Gubert), UFPI Applied Chemical Ecology Group (Dr. Francisca Diana), Rede iDOR Clinical Physiology of Exercise (Dr. Allan Kluser), INCOR (Dr. Murillo Antunes), School of Public Health of USP (Dr. Kelly Polido Kaneshiro Olympio and Dr. Nilson Assunção), Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (Dr. Marcos Eberlin), among others. She regularly publishes in specialized journals, with more than 53 articles indexed in Pubmed/Web of Science, more than 690 citations, and an H-index of 15 (Google Scholar). She acts as a reviewer for several journals such as PNAS, Analytical Chemistry, Ebiomedicine, Cells, Nature Protocols, and others. She has supervised 4 master's (M) and 2 doctorate (D) students, with 6 active postgraduate students (4D and 2M, 2025). She has also supervised 8 scientific initiation students with scholarships, in addition to high school students. She has supervised four postdoctoral students with scholarships. She currently supervises scientific initiation, master's and academic doctorate students with scholarships, through the PPG in Health Sciences (USF). She coordinates research projects with funding from FAPESP, CAPES, CNPq and FINEP. She is currently president of the USF Multiuser Analytical Center, funded by FINEP, and is also the leader and founder of the MS4Life Mass Spectrometry laboratory. She is a reference in the area of #8203;#8203;metabolomics, chemical imaging by mass spectrometry and integration of multiomic data. With several projects in health Sciences, her focus is essentially on the search, characterization and validation of biological markers based on metabolomics. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
