Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy at Universidade Federal do Ceará (2010), where carried out activities with emphasis on Biochemistry and Hematology. PhD in Sciences (Biotechnology) by the Institute of Biomedical Sciences of the University of São Paulo (USP-2014), where developed a research project in the area of Physiology, focusing in Endocrine Physiology. Deep knowledge in several analyzes of mitochondrial function and insulin resistance during Doctorate training at the University of Maastricht - Netherlands (2012-2013). Post-doctorate at State University of Campinas (UNICAMP 2014-2015), developing a project focusing on Bioenergetics and Metabolism. During academic career, worked mainly in sub-areas involving fatty acids, obesity, insulin resistance, mitochondrial function, skeletal muscle and metabolism. In 2016, joined AstraZeneca do Brasil to act as a medical-scientific coordinator in the areas of Diabetes, Heart Failure and Chronic Kidney Disease. Currently, works as a Medical Relationship Manager at Pfizer do Brasil, focusing on Amyloidosis. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
