Graduated in Bioprocess Engineering and Biotechnology, Federal University of Paraná (2010). In 2013 completed the PhD in Functional and Molecular Biology (area - Biochemistry), at UNICAMP. From 2013 to 2016 worked as Process Specialist at the National Laboratory of Science and Technology of Bioethanol in Brazil in the National Center for Research in Energy and Materials. Has experience in the areas of Microbiology, Molecular Biology, with emphasis on the application of metagenomics tools for identification of new enzymes involved in plant cell wall deconstruction.Moreover, has experience in enzymology especially regarding the biochemical characterization of carbohydrate active enzymes focusing on the determination of its potential biotechnological application.Currently, is Associate Professor at Universidade Positivo (Curitiba, PR, Brazil) associated to the Master and Doctorate Program in Industrial Biotechnology, Bioprocess and Biotechnology Engineering and Energy Engineering.
