CV Lattes ORCID

Universidade de São Paulo (USP). Faculdade de Ciências Farmacêuticas de Ribeirão Preto (FCFRP)  (Institutional affiliation from the last research proposal)
Birthplace: Brazil

Graduated in Forestry Engineering from the Federal University of Viçosa (2007), Master in Genetics from the same institution (2010) and PhD in Genetics (with emphasis in Bioinformatics) from the University of São Paulo, Ribeirão Preto (2014). I have experience in the areas of Omics Sciences, Computational Biology and Bioinformatics, especially in the study of metabolism. During the postdoctoral period, I worked on the development of databases, multivariate statistics for omics data, and the application and development of quantitative methods for multidimensional data integration. My main interest is the application and development of methods for interpretation of phenotypes, using molecular information from large scale sampling techniques (Omics Sciences). I am currently developing research in the field of data science that aims to integrate different data sources and use computational statistics to elucidate altered metabolic pathways under different sampling conditions in different organisms, particularly plants and microorganisms. As a Young Researcher at FAPESP my focus is on the development of extensible and modular applications and the rational use of computational resources. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
