Full Professor of Brazilian Literature at UNICAMP (April/2024). She has a PhD in Literary Theory and History from UNICAMP (1997). She has completed three post-doctoral internships: PARIS/VERSAILLES (CHCSC, Université de Versailles à St. Quentin-en-Yvelines, 2012-2013); PARIS (Fondation Maison des Sciences de l'Homme/Université Paris VII, Denis Diderot, 2008); LISBON: Universidade Nova de Lisboa/Instituto Camões (1999). Researcher of the work of Machado de Assis, she studies the writer's relationship with the publishing world. She specialises in studying the writer's chronicles and the relationship between literature and journalism in his work. She also studies the history of the book and publishing in Brazil and its relations with France. She has a CNPq Research Productivity grant (1D) and is a research associate at the Centre d'Histoire Culturelle des Sociétés Contemporaines, Université de Versailles à St. Quentin-en-Yvelines (since 2013) and at the Centre de recherches sur les pays lusophones, Université Paris 3-Sorbonne Nouvelle (since 2015).
