Graduated in Electronic Engineering - Private University Antenor Orrego (1993), MA (1996) and Ph.D. (2000), and PostDoc (2004) in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo. He is currently Associate Professor from University of Sao Paulo. He has experience in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in optical devices, thermo-optical and electro-optical silicon-based compounds, acting on the following subjects: integrated optical devices, optical sensors and devices, micro-opto-electro mechanical systems(MOEMS ), dielectric films, PECVD and microelectronics.
