He was graduated in Medicine in the Faculty of Medicine, University of São Paulo (1987) and got his PhD in Medical Sciences from the State University of Campinas (2002). Currently he is professor of the Department of Radiology, Faculty of Medical Sciences, State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and Director of the Nuclear Medicine Service at UNICAMP. He was president of the Brazilian Society of Nuclear Medicine (SBMN) in 2011-2012 and 2013-2014. Publications: 73 full papers in international and national journals; 01 book and 14 book chapters.
