Ana Paula is currently a professor at the Nutrition Department of the School of Public Health at USP. She is a scientific researcher at NUPENS/USP (Center for Epidemiological Research in Nutrition and Health at the University of São Paulo) and at the Josué de Castro Chair of Healthy and Sustainable Food Systems at USP. She is a full advisor in the public health nutrition program at the School of Public Health at USP. She is a member of the Community of Practice in Nutrition and Health in Latin America and the Caribbean (Colansa), the INFORMAS Network and the Abrasco Committee on International Relations. She is a member of the Alliance for Healthy and Adequate Food. She was the Coordinator of the Healthy and Sustainable Food Program at Idec from 2016 to August 2020. She holds a degree in Nutrition from the University of São Paulo (2005), a Master's and PhD in Nutrition in Public Health from the Faculty of Public Health at USP (2013). (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
