He is currently coordinating the Law School at Faculdade de Educação São Luis and also PH.D Professor at Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. Has experience in Law, focusing in Administrative Law, acting on the following subjects: Consumers rights,Public administration, Environmental Law, Regulation and Public Policies and legislation.
