General Coordinator of the CI Program Brazil - (MCTI) Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, stock exchange DT 2 of the National Council of Scientific and Technological Development, invited professor - Faculty of Technology of São Paulo, President of the Brazilian Society of Microelectronics, Director Vice President of the Association of the Laboratory of Integral Technological Systems; Coordinator of the IC Design House of LSi-TEC and coordinator of the DMI / PSI / EPUSP of the University of São Paulo. He has experience in the field of Electrical Engineering, with emphasis on Materials and Components Semiconductors, working mainly on the following topics: silicon oxide, microelectronics, PECVD, TEOS and integrated sensors.
