Kester Carrara has been a Productivity Fellow at CNPq (National Research Council) since 2005, Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology at the UNESP School of Sciences (São Paulo State University) campus of Bauru, SP. He holds a master's degree from PUCSP (1981), a doctorate from UNESP (1996) and a free teaching from UNESP (2003). Learning, Development and Health (LADS) of Unesp. He was also a professor of undergraduate courses and postgraduate programs in Education and Philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy and Sciences, UNESP's Marília campus. He has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters and books, often referring to his "Radical Behaviorism: Criticism and Metacritics" by UNESP Publishing House. He was General Editor for Portuguese Language of the international journal Acta Comportamentalia for the period 2014-2015. She has supervised several scientific initiation, masters, doctorate and postdoctoral works, with FAPESP and CNPq scholarships, in the areas of Education and Psychology. He is a researcher and teacher-advisor, currently in the Postgraduate Program in Developmental and Learning Psychology, CAPES grade 4, at UNESP-Bauru, program of which he was the first Coordinator, between 2005 and 2007. He has participated and systematically participated in of research projects in the area of Psychology, especially under the focus of Behavior Analysis, throughout his academic career as a university lecturer since 1974. Currently, his work prioritizes History, Theories and Systems in Psychology, Radical Behaviorism Epistemology, Behavioral Analysis. of Culture with emphasis in Social Contexts. In the academic management dimension, he was a member of several boards and committees and several times head of the teaching department. On August 17, 2015, he received a Certificate of Honorary and Lifelong Accreditation from the Brazilian Association of Behavior Analysis for contributions to the development of Behavior Analysis in research, teaching, application and dissemination of the area in Brazil (Cert. Nº 021/2015). He was General Director of the Faculty of Philosophy and Sciences, UNESP Marilia campus, between 2000 and 2003. He is currently an independent researcher in Behavior Analysis in Social Contexts. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
