I graduated in Medicine in 2000, And completed residency in internal medicine in 2002 and intensive care 2003, from the Botucatu Medical School (FMB), Paulista State University Julio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP). I defended doctorate theses in 2008 in Physiopathology in Internal Medicine by UNESP. I did a postdoctoral fellow at the Pathology and Laboratory Medicine laboratory, Weill Cornell Medical College, NY, USA, in 2012/2013. I became associated professor of internal medicine in 2019. I got a professorshipe ( from CAPES-PRINT) for University of Nottingham, UK (6 month- 2019/20). I am currently an associated professor, RDIDP, of the discipline of Nutrology and Internal Medicine and permanent professor of the postgraduate program Pathophysiology in Internal Medicine, FMB-UNESP. I was HC-FMB Medical Services Manager from 2017 to 2018 and I am currently a member of the HC-FMB Deliberative Council. I completed 27 post-graduation supervision: [6 doctorates, 8 masters (being 4 professionals and 4 academics) and 13 scientific initiations with scholarships]. I have 6 supervisions in progress, being 3 Ph.D., 2 Academic Master and 1 Professional Master. I am a referee to FAPESP, CNPQ, and some scientific journals. I am a member of the Internal Medicine Committee from the Brazilian Federal Council of Medicine. I was a member of the Medical Residency Board of FMB from 2004 to 2017, being vice-coordinator from 2013 to 2015 and coordinator from 2015 to 2017. I lecture to Medicine and Nutrition undergraduate students. I am a specialist in Internal medicine, Intensive Care, and Nutrology).
