Degree in Biochemistry Pharmacy from the University of Ribeirão Preto (1992), Master of Pathology (2000) and PhD in Pathology (2006) from the Universidade Estadual Paulista Julio de Mesquita Filho and Postdoctoral at the Human Nutrition Research Center (HNRC) at the University of Tufts in Boston, MA on oxidative stress area (2008 to 2010). Currently Permanent Professor of the Graduate Program in Pathology, School of Medicine of Botucatu, UNESP and Academic Support Assistant at the Experimental Unit of the Faculty of Medicine (UNIPEX) - Botucatu, UNESP. It has experience in biochemistry, acting on the following topics: oxidative and inflammatory stress, micronutrients and chromatography of high efficiency (HPLC) and antioxidants and bioactive compounds.
