Visiting Scholar in the Aerospace Engineering and Engineering Mechanics Department of the Texas University at Austin (EUA-1987). Full Professor (retired) of the Aeronautical Institute of Technology – ITA- where acted during 32 years (1963-1995) in the Department of Mathematics, Department of Astronomy and Department of Orbital and Flight Mechanics. Assistant Doctor professor, retired, oft the Department of Mathematics of the The São Paulo State University Júlio Mesquita Filho -UNESP - campus of Guaratinguetá (1995-2010). Professor Emeritus of UNESP (2011). Collaborating professor of the Postgraduate Program of INPE (The National Institute of Space Research) in the program of Aerospace Engineering and Technology. Is currently Visiting National Senior Professor at UNIFESP/SJC. Experience in the following areas: Celestial Mechanics and Aerospace Engineering, with emphasis in Trajectories and Orbits, acting mainly in the following subjects: artificial satellites, orbital perturbations, perturbation theory and resonance.
