Professor at the Department of Food Science and Nutrition (University of Campinas - UNICAMP). She has a background in Nutrition (BSc. - UNIP, 2004), a master's (UNICAMP, 2008), and a Ph.D. (UNICAMP, 2014) in Food and Nutrition. She stayed for four months (07/2013 to 10/2013) at Granada University (Granada, Spain), where she developed part of her Ph.D. project. In addition, she has developed post-doctorate research on Functional Foods and Colitis at the University of Campinas (March 2014 to November 2016).
