Full Professor at the Federal University of São Paulo. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the Institute of Chemistry of the University of São Paulo (IQ-USP) in 1996. Completed a Master's and a PhD in Organic Chemistry at the same university, in the years 1998 and 2002, respectively. Undertook postdoctoral research at the University of Wyoming, USA, between 2002 and 2004, and at IQ-USP from 2005 to 2006. Is a Level 1D Research Productivity Fellow of CNPq in the field of Chemistry. Has experience in conductive polymers, biomaterials, ionic liquids, nanomaterials, solid electrolytes, and organic electrochemical synthesis. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
