She is currently professor at the Department of Biochemistry and Immunology, Ribeirão Preto Medical School. She has experience in the areas of Biochemistry and Physiology, with emphasis on Endocrinology and Metabolism Control, acting on the following topics: hormonal control, neural nutrition and metabolism of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates.
