He is currently an associate professor at Fundação Getúlio Vargas and coordinator of the FGV-CEPESP (Center for the Study of Poliitics and Economics of the Public Sector). He has experience in Comparative Politics, acting on the following subjects: democratic institutions and public spending, federalism and decentralization, political parties and electoral strategies..
