Abstract

We report here the complete genome sequence of Streptomyces sp. strain RTd22, an endophytic actinobacterium that was isolated from the roots of the Mexican sunflower Tithonia diversifolia. The bacterium's 11.1-Mb linear chromosome is predicted to encode a large number of unknown natural products. (AU)
