Resumo

Em nossa proposta iremos estudar os efeitos de distúrbios antrópicos sobre a biodiversidade e serviços ecossistêmicos. O Estado de São Paulo possuiu um histórico antigo de ocupação humana, por outro lado, o Estado de Goiás, atualmente uma das principais regiões do agronegócio no Brasil, tem um histórico mais recente de ocupação humana. Desta forma, a comparação dos efeitos dos agroecossistemas sobre a biodiversidade e serviços ecossistêmicos nestas duas regiões pode contribuir para um melhor entendimento dos efeitos dos distúrbios antrópicos e guiar estratégias de manejo, conservação e restauração. Embora alguns trabalhos tenham sido publicados sobre efeito da paisagem na Floresta Atlântica, poucos trabalhos foram feitos no Cerrado e nenhum trabalho analisou comparativamente os dois biomas ou realizou uma análise multi-taxa e em múltiplas escalas. Desta forma, nossa proposta irá contribuir para um entendimento mais amplo de como a perda de habitat, a fragmentação do habitat e a matriz de agroecossistemas afetam as comunidades e as espécies. Além disto, nossa proposta irá integrar dados genéticos, ecológicos e sociais para entender os drivers da perda de biodiversidade no Antropoceno. (AU)
