Resumo

The workshops will take place in April 2023 in Brazil, and in April 2024 in Munich. The events will count with the participation of 6 PIs, being two of them the responsible ones and the other 4 will be the mentor PIs. There will be 30 attendees, being 15 from each country. Based on the evaluation of the applications, the approved candidates will present their studies as either oral or poster presentations. The program will be divided in: I) educational activities such as lectures from the PIs, oral and poster presentations; II) Professional development activities such as Scientific writing and career development sessions in which the attendees will receive guidance for developing scientific writing skills and career planning towards their scientific independence; III) Networking activities, in which interactive sessions will be conducted to allow the attendees and PIs establish connections, exchange their interests and needs, thereby fostering new collaborations and research projects. Both events will also offer an afternoon of cultural activity to deepen the international experience and networking. (AU)
