Resumo

O principal objetivo da presente proposta é o desenvolvimento de novos materiais para micro técnicas de preparo de amostras as quais, após otimizadas e validadas de acordo com protocolos internacionais, serão empregadas na análise de amostras de relevância na área de segurança alimentar. Três tipos principais de materiais serão investigados: (1) polímeros molecularmente impressos (MIPs - "Molecularly Imprinted Polymers"), a serem empregados na análise de herbicidas da classe das triazinas e sulfoniluréia em amostras de milho, nos formatos "in-tube"-SPME, SBSE e MEPS; (2) grafeno como material sorvente para MEPS ("Micro Extraction in Packed Syringe") - cujo desempenho será comparado com o de sorventes disponíveis comercialmente na determinação de pesticidas em amostras de cana-de-açúcar; (3) sílica modificada com líquidos iônicos (ILs) para determinação de sulfonamidas em leite bovino, utilizando técnicas miniaturizadas e hifenadas a sistemas analíticos de separação como SPE "on-line" e "in tube"-SPME.Em cada caso, após a extração seletiva dos analitos de interesse através das micro técnicas descritas, os mesmos serão separados, identificados e quantificados através de técnicas cromatográficas acopladas à espectrometria de massas em tandem (MS/MS), disponíveis no laboratório proponente. Espera-se, com o desenvolvimento desses novos sorventes (MIPs, grafeno e ILs) e sua utilização nos formatos in-tube SPME, SBSE e MEPS, introduzir-se uma maior seletividade no processo de preparo de amostras para os analitos e matrizes descritos, implementando-se novas ferramentas de análise para a solução de problemas analíticos na área de segurança alimentar.
