Resumo

Tecnologias de conversão de biomassa e reaproveitamento de resíduos para a produção de novos produtos com aproveitamento energético estão emergindo, entre estas a tecnologia subcrítica que utiliza água como solvente em processo limpo e sustentável. Com o intuito de melhorar esta tecnologia propõe-se a montagem de uma unidade experimental composta por reatores em série e em paralelo de hidrólise em água subcrítica. Esse projeto de pesquisa e inovação tecnológica insere-se no contexto do uso racional da energia renovável através da biomassa. A inovação deste projeto está no acoplamento de um detetor em linha de açúcares visando quantificar os açucares fermentáveis obtidos após hidrólise em água subcrítica final de alta qualidade. As matérias-primas serão submetidas à hidrólise com água a condições subcríticas para obtenção de hidrolisado suficientes para os ensaios a continuação de produção etanol 2G e ou digestão anaeróbia e produção de biogás. As concentrações de glucose e etanol, furfural e HMF serão quantificadas utilizando um equipamento de HPLC. (AU)
