Born in Santos Sao Paulo Brazil in 1963. Studied at Santa Cecilia College and High School. In the 1970s and 1980s, Math and Sciences, both Natural and Social Sciences, were favorites at School. Young, at age 16, started working as an administrative officer. After a technical course, became a Computer Programmer and Systems Analyst. Worked with IBM computers. Interest in Math, Computer Science and Engineering. From 1984 to 1986, studied at the undergraduate course of Data Processing and IT Information Technology at Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP). Interest in Nature, Biology and Medicine. In 1982, enters Medical School USP, and in 1988, graduated as a Medical Doctor (MD) at the University of Sao Paulo (USP). Interest in Statistics and Digital Databases. In 1990, receives a study scholarship from the Japanese Ministry of Education. Become fascinated with the extraordinary Japanese culture. In 1992 receives another scholarship from the Brazilian Ministry of Science and Technology, CNPq, to study as a Doctoral Fellow Researcher. In 1995 concludes his Doctoral Degree (PhD) in Japan, working in the field of Social Medicine, Information Systems and use of large Databases. In 1999-2000 worked with the theme "Semantic web" as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the University of Manchester, England, UK. From 2000, has been working at the Sao Paulo University Medical School Hospital (HCFMUSP), as the Director of Archiving, Records and Statistics, and IT Department. Was the President of the Patient's Information and Records Committee, Central Institute, HCFMUSP, for 10 years. Worked as a Technical Assistant at the Cabinet of Sao Paulo Government Health Secretary of State, for 08 years, responsible for data management, information systems and demographics of the population of Sao Paulo State, which has 44 million people. Interest in Languages, Linguistics and Literature. From 2003-2004 was at FFLCH, Faculty of Philosophy, Letras (Language and Literature) and Human Sciences at USP University of Sao Paulo. In 2005 lived in Philadelphia, United States of America, working with technology applications for social communication, including Internet and websites. During this time in Philadelphia, was passionate by the American culture and history. Was impressed by the enlightened US Constitution. In 2006 become an Adjunct Professor at the Federal University of Sao Paulo. Interest in Anthropology, Sociology and Law. In 2008 enters Law School, and in 2012 graduate as a BA in Law Science, at the Autonomous Faculty of Law, Sao Paulo (FADISP). Thesis title: "Law, Social Justice and the Human Being: Philosophy and Conscience of Good and Right". In 2011, writes a book entitled "Sapiens Deus", considering themes and concepts from greek, roman and scandinavian mythologies; jewish, christian and buddhist believes, and Theology. Has always been worried about social causes and protecting the rights and access of poor people to education, healthcare and public services. Has been teaching at undergraduate and graduate courses for 20 years. Had courses and or has given specific lectures at USP, Unifesp, Unicamp, Centro Universitario Sao Camilo SP, Universidade de Brasilia (UNB). Has over 150 participations in congresses, conferences or seminars. A Google search shows around 2.000 reference links. Has 10 scientific articles published in journals; 01 book; 05 chapters in books; and around 40 publications and presentations at congresses and conferences. Has studied and or visited many countries, including: Argentina, Chile, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, England UK, USA, Japan and Canada, among others. Current interests are: English Language, Social and Human Sciences, North and South American History, Literature, and Political Science. Hobbies include: arts, sports, cinema, music, Brazilian novels, poetry, literature and culture.
