Nowadays is a Ph.D. student at USP (Sao Paulo University) working with strongly correlated systems and topological materials to figure out novel quantum phenomena in condensed matter physics.
He has assisted in the implementation of the thin film production method, "IBAD (Ion beam assisted deposition)" in the IFUSP (Physics Institute of Sao Paulo University) and has learned and applied optical and electrical characterization methods of materials in his two first projects of undergraduate research funded by USP.
Standing out in the two last projects of undergraduate research funded by CNPQ where he has learned and applied Density Functional Theory methods of ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor simulations
what led him to present his work in Saudi Arabia in the WEP (Winter Enrichment Program) funded and hosted by KAUST (Winter Enrichment Program).
