Professor at São Paulo State University (UNESP) and Associate Professor in People Management (UNESP), with a Ph.D. in Communication and Semiotics from the Graduate Program of the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PEPGCOS/PUC-SP). Currently serving as Vice-Coordinator of the Administration program and teaching in the Master's and Doctoral Program (PGAD/FCE/UNESP - CAPES 5). Full member of the Local Committee for Internationalization, participating in editorial boards and acting as a reviewer for scientific journals and as a referee for FAPESP. Coordinator of the Administration Program (2015-2018), Acting Director (09/2015 - 11/2015), full member of the University Council/CO (2016-2018), and Ombudsman (2013-2015). Visiting Professor at the University of Santiago de Chile, has delivered lectures and courses at various universities and research institutions, including the International Center for Higher Communication Studies for Latin America (CIESPAL), UNESP Leadership School, and the Technological Institute of Sonora (Mexico). With over 10 years of experience in consulting and advisory roles in Human Resources, has contributed to organizational development and people management. Columnist at Rádio UNESP-FM, with collaborations in major media outlets, including O Estado de S. Paulo, Estadão Noite, Jornal da Cidade, Observatório da Imprensa, Le Monde Diplomatique Brasil, and Revista UNESP Ciência.
