Eraldo Pereira Marinho

Graduated in Bachelors Degree in Physics from the Federal University of Bahia (1988), taking advantage of the credits completed from the four years of their graduation routed interrupted in Mechanical Engineering at the Polytechnic School of the same institution. Have Masters in Astrophysics at National Institute for Space Research (August 1991) and a Ph.D. in Astronomy from the University of São Paulo (May 1997), both topics in the context of Computational Astrophysics. He is currently Assistant Professor Ph.D., Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. Has experience in Computational Astrophysics, acting on the following topics: Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics, Algorithms and Data Structures, Vectorized Quadtrees, and Anisotropic K-Nearest neighbors.
