She is a professor at the Department of Education at the Universidade Estadual Paulista - Rio Claro. He has a degree in Pedagogy from Universidade Estadual Paulista - Araraquara (1996), a master's degree in School Education from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2000) and a doctorate from the same university (2005). She is editor-in-chief of the Education Theory and Practice Magazine. She was Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Education/UNESP/Rio Claro (2017-2020). She coordinates GREPPE- Rio Claro (Group of Studies and Research in Educational Policy - Rio Claro section) and is a researcher at the Latin American and African Network of Researchers in Education Privatization. (RELAAPE/https://www.rede.fe.unicamp.br/pt-br). It integrates academic and scientific entities such as ANPAE and FINEDUCA. He is a C research productivity fellow.
