Graduated in Agronomy from the Federal University of Viçosa (1998), Master in Production Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (2003), PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (2006) and Visiting Scholar at Kansas State University (2012-2013). She is currently an Associate Professor at Sao Paulo State University, Campus ofTupã. She has experience in the area of Agrifood Systems Management, focusing research on the following themes: family farming, access to markets, institutional procurement, certification and geographical indications.
