Birthplace: Brazil

I have received a bachelor's degree from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2004), a master's at Physics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2007) and a PhD in Physics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2012). My research experience includes molecular dynamics (undergraduate studies), dynamics of complex systems (masters) and more recently also ultra-relativistic heavy ion collisions. I worked as a university professor from 2013 to 2023 at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) and am currently occupying a role of Junior Group Leader at the Stefan Meyer Institute in Austria. In my recent works focused on Ultra-Relativistic Heavy Ion collisions, there was special emphasis on strangeness production in proton-proton, proton-lead and lead-lead collisions measured by ALICE at the LHC. In the past, from September to December 2012, I have acted as software coordinator of the 'Light Flavour' working group in ALICE. During the years of 2013 and 2014, I took the role of convener of the Strangeness analysis group in ALICE. I assumed the position of "Light Flavour" group convener from 2015 to february 2017 and am currently serving, as of october 2017, as the Editorial Board (EB) chair of the collaboration. I'm currently also a member of the Physics and Management Boards of ALICE. (Source: Lattes Curriculum)
