PhD in Veterinary Medicine in 2012 (Preventive Veterinary Medicine) from FCAV/UNESP, with a Visiting Scholar period at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Post-Doctorate Fellowship at FCAV/UNESP (2012-2013). Currently, he is an Associate Professor at FCAV/UNESP, teaching classes in the disciplines of Veterinary Parasitology I and II, Animal Parasitology and General and Human Parasitology. Professor and Advisor in the Stricto Sensu Postgraduate Courses in Veterinary Medicine and Agricultural and Livestock Microbiology at FCAV / UNESP Jaboticabal and Lato Sensu "Residency in the Professional Health Area - Veterinary Medicine and Health". Member of the Internal Biosafety Commission of FCAV/UNESP. Member of the Graduation Council of the College of Veterinary Medicine from FCAV/UNESP. He has experience in Veterinary Parasitology, acting mainly in the molecular characterization and serological diagnosis of tick and flea-borne agents in domestic and wild animals (Anaplasmataceae, Bartonellaceae,Hemoplasmas, Piroplasmorida, and Hepatozoidae). Treasurer of the Brazilian College of Veterinary Parasitology (2017-2020). Assistant Scientific Editor of the Brazilian Journal of Veterinary Parasitology. Vice-Coordinator of the Graduate Program in Veterinary Medicine from FCAV/UNESP (2017/2021). Head of the Department of Veterinary Pathology from FCAV / UNESP Jaboticabal (2015/2020).
