I teach in Animal Science and Agricultural Engineering courses, at the Tecnological and Agrarian Faculty of Dracena, UNESP. I graduated in Agricultural Engineering at the Engineering Faculty from Ilha Solteira (FEIS / UNESP), Master in Applied Economics at the Escola Superior de Agricultura "Luiz de Queiroz" (ESALQ / USP) and PhD in Economics at the University of Zaragoza (UNIZAR). I has experience in agronomy and economics, with emphasis on economic analysis of production systems and, mainly, study of consumer preferences through qualitative and quantitative methods.
