Maria Carolina de Vasconcelos e Oliveira

Researcher, teacher and creator in the areas of arts, culture and cultural policies. She is a professor at the Department of Performing Arts at the Unesp Institute of Arts. Post-doctorate at the Unesp Arts Institute, researching on the poetics, policies and ways of doing contemporary circus. Doctorate at FFLCH (University of São Paulo), with research on independent artistic productions, research awarded by the FFLCH / USP Best Theses Program. She has a Master's degree in sociology from FFLCH (University of São Paulo), researching on cultural and artistic mediation, which was awarded by the Itaú Cultural Rumos Program.
