Nurse graduated from the State University of Maringá (2005), with a Masters degree in Medical Biotechnology (2011) and a Ph.D. in Nursing (2017) from São Paulo State University (UNESP). Worked at the Clinical Hospital of the Botucatu Medical School (HCFMB/UNESP) as a nurse in the Dialysis Unit (20112017), Nursing Manager of the Hospitalization Center (20172022), and Member of the Research Ethics Committee involving Human Subjects of the Botucatu Medical School (20152021). Currently serves as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Nursing at the Botucatu Medical School (UNESP), Coordinator of the Center for Teaching in Simulated Environments (FMB/UNESP), and Deputy Coordinator of the Multiprofessional Residency Program in Adult and Elderly Health.
