Post-doctoral held at the University of Sevilla - Spain (2012) and University of Granada - Spain (2019). Actually, he is Professor Doctor-assistent of Criminal Law of Public Law Departament and Post graduated (Phd and master law) Program of UNESP and Past President of Permanent Research Commission of UNESP-F.C.H.S.; Past Coordinator of PPGDIREITO - Master Program in Law of UNESP (2010-2017); Past Chairman of the Editorial Council of LSR - Law Studies Review UNESP (2010/2015); he is a consultant of FAPESP and SciELO - Scientific Electronic Library Online; member of IBCCRIM, CLIA and MMPD; Public Prosecuter of MPESP. He was member of CONDEP/SP, as representative of UNESP; and of CEAC - Editorial Academic Consucil of Fundação Editora UNESP (2008/2011). He was Academic Coordinator of 1st. and 7th. Regional Nucleo of S.S.P.M. Has experience in Law, focusing on Criminal Law, acting on the following subjects: criminal law, Criminology, Trafficking in persons, Contemporary forms of slavery, Human rights, General violence, Sexual violence, Domestic violence, Violênce of gender, Organized crime and Criminal protection of human rights.
