He is graduate at Direito from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1990), master's at Direito Franca from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1998) and PHD in Law at Direito from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (2003). Post-doctoral held at the University of Sevilla - Spain (2012) and University of Granada - Spain (2019). Actually, he is Professor Doctor-assistent of Criminal Law of Public Law Departament and Post graduated (Phd and master law) Program of UNESP and Past President of Permanent Research Commission of UNESP-F.C.H.S.; Past Coordinator of PPGDIREITO - Master Program in Law of UNESP (2010-2017); Past Chairman of the Editorial Council of LSR - Law Studies Review UNESP (2010/2015); he is a consultant of FAPESP and SciELO - Scientific Electronic Library Online; member of IBCCRIM, CLIA and MMPD; Public Prosecuter of MPESP. He was member of CONDEP/SP, as representative of UNESP; and of CEAC - Editorial Academic Consucil of Fundação Editora UNESP (2008/2011). He was Academic Coordinator of 1st. and 7th. Regional Nucleo of S.S.P.M. Has experience in Law, focusing on Criminal Law, acting on the following subjects: criminal law, Criminology, Trafficking in persons, Contemporary forms of slavery, Human rights, General violence, Sexual violence, Domestic violence, Violênce of gender, Organized crime and Criminal protection of human rights.
