She holds a PhD and Master's degree in Information Science from the Postgraduate Program in Information Science at the São Paulo State University (UNESP) - CAPES scholarship holder. She completed a sandwich PhD program at the University of Salamanca (USAL), Spain (03/2017 - 09/2017) - CAPES/PDSE scholarship holder. Graduated in Archival Science from the São Paulo State University "Júlio de Mesquita Filho" (UNESP). She received FAPESP (2011) and CNPq (2009/2010) scholarships during her undergraduate research. Her research focuses on Archival Science, with emphasis on Archival Document Management Systems, Metadata, Digital Preservation, and Digital Preservation Policies and Plans. She is a member of the research groups: Dríade; Information, Knowledge and Organizational Intelligence; and New Information Technologies. She has worked as a consultant in the areas of: Organization, Document Management, and Information Management.
