Graduated in Medicine in 1993 from Botucatu Medical School (FMB) of Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP), MSc in Bases General of Surgery at FMB-UNESP (2001) and PhD in General Basis of Surgery at FMB-UNESP (2006). She is currently assistant professor level 2 doctor in the Department of Dermatology and Radiotherapy (RDIDP). Adviser of master's and PhD of the Graduate Programs in Nursing, Medicine and Clinical Research of FMB -Unesp. She completed a post-doctoral program for one year at the Department of Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics - McMaster University, Canada. She is an effective member of the Brazilian Society of Dermatology, the Latin American College of Dermatology and International Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She works in the area of Medicine, with emphasis on Dermatology and his lines of research are: healing of cutaneous wounds (health care process), efficacy and effectiveness of treatment protocols (mainly on cutaneous oncology) and evaluation of health technologies in the area of dermatology.
