Assistant Professor at the Department of Physics and Meteorology, School of Sciences, São Paulo State University (UNESP) Campus Bauru. Faculty member of the Graduate Program in Science and Technology of Materials (POSMAT) at UNESP and co-leader of the Laboratory of Anelasticity and Biomaterials. Associate researcher in the Center for Development of Assistive Technology (CMDTA) and the INCT-BIOCRON: Bone biology and chronic diseases. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics (2010) and a Direct Doctorate in Science and Technology of Materials (2015) from UNESP Campus Bauru, with postdoctoral research conducted at UNESP (Campus Bauru and Sorocaba) and at the Institute of Biomaterials and Bioengineering, Tokyo Medical and Dental University TMDU (Japan). Acted as a visiting professor at the Institute of Structure of Matter, National Research Council CNR (Italy), completed a technical training internship at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid UC3M (Spain), and carried out a technical visit at the Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology E-JUST (Egypt). Experienced in Condensed Matter Physics, with emphasis on surfaces and interfaces, physical metallurgy, and biomaterials. Research focuses on the development of novel metallic biomaterials, particularly low-cost titanium alloys and high-entropy alloys, surface modification of metals and alloys using plasma and electrochemical methods, and surface and bulk characterization techniques.
