Rodrigo Queiroz de Albuquerque

Prof. Rodrigo Albuquerque got the Bachelor degree in Chemistry in 1997 at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte in Brazil, then moved to Recife to get the Master and PhD degrees in Physical-Chemistry (Theoretical Chemistry) at the Federal University of Pernambuco. In 2004 he left Brazil to spend 7 years as a post-doc in Switzerland and Germany to work with supramolecular systems. In Germany he was awarded with the Alexander von Humboldt fellowship. He has experience in the design and investigation of coordination compounds, supramolecular systems and nanoparticles.
