Marcos Donizeti Rodrigues Sampaio

I hold a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Physics from the University of São Paulo (1992) and a PhD in Physics from the Centre for Particle Theory at Durham University, United Kingdom (1997). I have completed postdoctoral research at: 1) Federal University of Minas Gerais, Brazil (1998), 2) University of Coimbra, Portugal (19992002), 3) Université Paris XI, Orsay, France (2007), 4) IPPP University of Durham, United Kingdom (2014), 5) Department of Mathematical Sciences, Durham University, United Kingdom (2018), and 6) University of Coimbra, Portugal (2020). I was a Full Professor at the Center for Natural and Human Sciences at the Federal University of ABC, São Paulo and UFMG from 2002 to 2023. My research interests include Quantum Field Theory and its Applications, Foundations of Quantum Mechanics, and Relativistic Quantum Information. I have been a member of the COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) Action **"Unraveling New Physics at the LHC through the Precision Frontier"** since 2016. Additionally, I have served as a coordinating member of the CERN/FIS-COM/0035/2019 project **"Toolkit for Precision Calculations in the Standard Model and Extensions, Composite Higgs Models, and Hadronic Parity Violation"** since 2020.
