MSc (Master of Science) in Artificial Intelligence applied to Cardiology. Graduated in Computer Science. I managed areas that involve drawing up commercial strategies, negotiating domestic and international partnerships, and developing new business opportunities. As a Innovation Manager, I led a team of 32 researches whose goal was to develop new company's portfolio involving IP convergence networks, protocols, management, resources planning, mobility and network information security. I idealized and implanted the first VoIP Lab in Latin America. This fact motivated INFITEL Companys invitation, when I moved to Netherlands, then Germany and later to England to manage engineering and system development teams.I also represented ITU (http://www.itu.int) as National Coordinator of the Brazilian Communications Commission with the purpose of suggesting changes in convergence protocols considering the idiosyncrasy of Brazilian networks. I coordinated the technological planning of VIVO (www.vivo.com.br) Brazilian Telecommunications Operator. I also was on the largest Brazilian financial bank (www.bradesco.com.br) Innovation Committee, which discussed the feasibility of developing new products, as well as guidelines for strategic planning.I kept improving my knowledge by pursuing a post-graduate degree in Computer Networks in 2001 from University of São Paulo (http://www.poli.usp.br/) where expanded my expertise in IP and Mobile Networks. In 2004 I earned my MBA in the field of Strategic Management from Campinas State University (http://www.unicamp.br/unicamp/english). In order to set up 353 WLAN deployment project in Bradesco Bank, I got WLAN and Security Information Certificate from Motorola University in Schaumburg, EUA. More recently, I finished a Marketing Digital specialization in 2015 whose knowledge improved my experience in designing and implementing of marketing plans.The acquisition of experience in the protocols of the converged networks provided the conditions to be speaker in seminars and to teach several courses related to Convergence Protocols in various Telecommunications companies of Brazilian market.Experienced lecturer and trainer as well leadership and team management.
