Dr. Parthraj Bambhaniya is a FAPESP Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute of Astronomy, Geophysics and Atmospheric Sciences (IAG) at the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil. He completed his PhD in 2023 at Charusat University, India, focusing on "Astrophysics of Black Holes and Beyond." Prior to his current role, he was a Research Associate at Ahmedabad University, India. Dr. Bambhaniyas research interests span a wide range of topics in general relativity and high-energy astrophysics, including high-energy processes around black holes and jets, accretion disk properties, shadow imaging, and magnetohydrodynamics (MHD). His work also covers gamma-ray bursts (GRBs), relativistic orbits of S-stars and pulsars, compact objects, gravitational collapse, and spacetime singularities. Additionally, he investigates high-energy extractions from ultracompact astrophysical objects. Dr. Bambhaniya has delivered several international and national presentations and participated in numerous conferences. With 17 published research papers, he continues to make significant contributions to the study of black hole shadows, accretion disks, astrophysical jets, MHD, and the dynamics of high-energy astrophysical systems.
