The present invention provides a process for producing a hybrid system containing a biocompatible polymer hydrogel and mesoporous silica nanoparticles incorporating drugs, as well as the hybrid system and use thereof for anti-tumour treatment. More specifically, the hybrid system of the present invention comprises doxorubicin (DOX) and/or sildenafil as drugs incorporated in the pores of the nanoparticles, with the aim of producing novel material for anti-tumour treatment, especially for treating prostate cancer.
