Resumo

In this project is presented as goal the development of strategies to obtain materials with catalytic capacity from carbon nanotubes. This general objective is to develop in the following:Phase 1. Testing methods that allow the introduction of primary chemical functions linked to the surface of carbon nanotubes (CNT) and characterization of the material obtained (CNTo); Phase 2. Development of procedures to link nitrogen function at the points of the surface on which are the primary functions, and further characterization of this material (CNTa);Phase 3. Capture of metal ions with catalytic capacity in the network of nitrogen functions of these materials, and testing the stability and viability of catalytic material obtained (CNTm);Phase 4.
