Born in Santos Sao Paulo Brazil. Studied at Santa Cecilia College and High School. Math and Sciences, both Natural and Social Sciences, were favorites at School. After a technical course, became a Computer Programmer and Systems Analyst. Worked with IBM computers. Data Processing and IT Information Technology at Paulista State University (UNESP). Sao Paulo University Medical School (USP). Graduates as a Medical Doctor (MD). Was a fellow at Medical Informatics Discipline (DIM/Fmusp). This Discipline was created by Professor Gyorgy Miklos Bohm, an internationaly renowmed scientist. In 1992 receives a scholarship from the Brazilian Ministry of Science and Technology, CNPq, to study as a Doctoral Fellow Researcher. Start working in Japan in the field of Artificial Intelligence, Computational Linguistics, Information Systems, large Databases. Concludes his Doctoral Degree (PhD). Information Systems Manager and Consultant. Worked in projects for Hewlett Packard (HP), Schering Plough Pharmaceutical Industries, Albert Einstein Hospital SP, among others. In 1999-2000 worked with the theme "Semantic web" as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in Computer Engineering, at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Enginnering, University of Manchester, England, UK. From 2000, worked at Sao Paulo University Medical School Hospital (Hcfmusp) in different functions. Director of Medical Archiving and Statistics (2000-2003). Director of Private Healthcare Section at Executive Directory (2001-2002). Substitute Executive Director Central Institute (2001-2003). Director of IT Department NETi (2003-2011). Receives the "IT Professional Prize of the Year" 2006 from Informatica Hoje Publications. Elected by a national context by PWC Price WaterHouse Coopers, as the "Information Technology IT Leader" of the Year 2007. President of SAIP, Patient's Information and Records Committee Central Institute (2000-2010); Vice-President Information Comission Clinical Directory (2005-2010). In 2005 lived in Philadelphia, United States of America USA, working on software development, technology applications for social communication, including Internet and websites. In 2008 enters Law School. Graduates as a Bachelor in Law Science, at the Fadisp Autonomous Faculty of Law Sao Paulo (2012). Worked as a Technical Assistant at the Cabinet of Sao Paulo Government Health Secretary of State, where was the Information Technology Department Director (2011-2018). From 2006 to 2018 was Adjunct Professor at the Department of Healthcare Informatics, Federal University of Sao Paulo, Unifesp. Has been working at INLAB INOVA, InRad Institute of Radiology, Hcfmusp, since 05/2020. Ministred graduate and posgraduate curses, or specific lectures, at USP, Unifesp, Unicamp, among other universities. Has 10 scientific indexed articles published in journals; 05 chapters in books; and 03 books. Has around 70 publications and or presentations at Congresses, Conferences and Seminars, both national and international. Currently, is the Director of INLAB, Laboratory of Artificial Intelligence, INRAD Institute of Radiology. Coordenator of the Center for Science and Technology (CCT), Fapesp project #2021/11.905-0, in cooperations with 10 Universities, national and international.
