Current Postdoc Associate at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering and Chair of MIT-Postdoctoral Association in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Post-doc fellow (2023-2024) at Stanford University in the Department of Chemical Engineering working on electrochemical separation of critical materials (as ammonia and Li). Chemical Engineer (2015) with MSc. degree from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo with an internship at The University of British Columbia, and PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo with an internship at The University of Queensland. Professor and supervisor in the graduate program at the University of Sao Paulo. Interest in the recovery of critical raw materials: sustainable mining, urban mining, (electro)hydrometallurgy, electrochemical extraction and separation, membrane separation, and synthesis of greener materials. Best Thesis Award in Environmental Sustainability (2022) and Academic Productivity Award (2021). Among 2 of the most relevant researchers in the world by Stanford/Elsevier.
